Shipping destinations
We ship to all EU member states and Switzerland. Orders are dispatched from our Swiss fulfilment centre within 1–2 business days.
Free shipping
Orders over €49 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU. Below this threshold, a flat rate of €4.90 applies.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–7 business days. Switzerland: 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding. We use recyclable materials where possible.
Customs
CBD products are legal for shipment within the EU and Switzerland under current regulations. Customers outside this zone are responsible for verifying local import laws before ordering.
